As an established licenced business since 1998, we are proud to offer some of Scotland's finest venison. All the venison we process is of the highest quality where deer are selectively culled by ourselves ensuring that every step from hill to plate has been carried out to the highest standard possible.
All deer carcasses are taken from land we manage as part of a sustainable local resource where it is processed and marketed in our region both to wholesale and the final consumer, thus ensuring the product has low food miles, keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.
Although generally seasonal, venison is available throughout the year where we experience high and low volumes through the premises. We are a small family business and take pride in the products we offer.
